Don't be deceived by the youthfulness of the founder — Fardeen brings nearly ten years of hands-on operating experience across manufacturing, services, and business leadership.
He served as Managing Director of a manufacturing concern producing detergents and laundry products, where he built an early instinct for process discipline, supply consistency, and floor-level accountability.
He then moved into a multi-vertical firm where he led Human Resources, Business Development, and oversaw end-to-end Operations and Marketing — learning how teams, customers, and margins truly hold together.
In parallel, he ran a services company specialising in estate management and maintenance, sharpening his command over field operations, vendor ecosystems, and client SLAs.
Today, as the founding force behind Zymetra Medsystems, he brings that rare combination of manufacturing depth, operating breadth, and customer obsession — a true jack of all trades, now focused on one mission: institutional-grade medical supply.
